Role Outline

The role is responsible for project management of client-facing and internal projects. You will bring outstanding project management practice and standards. Working with and coordinating across all stakeholders such as Visa, Mastercard, clients, payment processors, card manufacturers, reconciliation providers and other third parties. The role includes completion of implementation steps via the scheme (both Visa and Mastercard) and other platforms, as part of the required program set up.

Main Responsibilities:

• Project Manage the onboarding of new E-Money clients.
• Take the lead on client and internal projects, including ad-hoc projects as required by the business.
• Projects will include the implementation of Apple and Google Pay products.
• Chair and lead project meetings with E-Money clients and other third parties where necessary.
• Take full ownership of the complete project life cycle.
• Complete project implementation tasks via scheme (Mastercard and Visa) platforms.
• Ensure all documents submitted to card schemes, processors, card manufacturers etc. are of the required standard.
• Liaise and coordinate with internal project stakeholders (operations, finance, compliance etc.).
• Liaise with external stakeholders such as third-party vendors, suppliers, Apple, Google Pay etc.
• Assist with the production and preparation of Management data, and KPI’s.
• Closely monitor project performance and escalate internally when necessary.
• Develop a scalable project management methodology and framework.

Abilities and Skills Required:

• Self-starter, with the ability to investigate and research new initiatives.
• Excellent project management skills, ability to meet tight deadlines and work effectively under
pressure.
• Develop rapport and build strong relationships with different functions of the group.
• Be able to work closely and effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Focused individual that is personable with good attention to detail.
• Document project plans, time logs and costs.
• Confident to chair meetings and lead discussions.
• Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal.
• High PC literacy and ability to navigate new interfaces confidently and unsupervised.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing business environment.

Experience/knowledge/ Education

• Strong project management experience is a must.
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Qualified in project management methodologies.
• Experience in working with project and resource management platforms.
• Technically minded.
• Experience within the fintech industry or with E-Money products desired.
• Experience in working within a regulated environment desired.
The holder of this position will be expected to pass the required background checks in line with the Bank’s
policy.
